1-1 sessions

Whether you are wanting to flourish in your Yoga practice or needing extra help on your pilates journey, then 1-1 sessions could be the approach you need. To be educated throughout the session and to have a programme tailored to you. To be kept accountable; minimizing time wasted with maximum results. Having consistent help where the sessions offer customisation to accommodate your schedule at flexible times. 

There is so much joy that stems from 1-1 sessions, an hour for us to cultivate meaningful connection, to feel renewed and refreshed.

I have previously been with 2 PTS but I was yet to come across someone as encouraging as Georgina. When I first started I was asked what workout/activity I don’t enjoy and I said running, both me and Georgina agreed she wouldn’t make me do something I didn’t enjoy doing which I loved as it doesn’t interest me whatsoever, we have alternatives so I am not missing out on the cardio. I know we all have to do some things we don’t like but I appreciated this so much and its things like this that make me feel so comfortable with Georgina.
