Rest & Digest Yin Evening - Friday 28th March : 6-8pm @Society Holmfirth
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practise that involves holding poses for longer periods of time to target the body’s connective tissues. Like ligaments, joints, and fascia. These sessions encourage relaxation and mindfulness, incorporating meditation and breathwork. The atmosphere is calm, with dim lighting and calming music, providing a restorative environment. Yin Yoga is beneficial for improving flexibility, enhancing joint health, and promoting deep relaxation.
All straps, bolsters, blocks and eye masks will be provided - you will need your blankets, comfy clothes and an 'Im ready to switch off' attitude!
