7-8am - Yogalates
This class is curated to set you up for the day ahead, with an uplifting, intuitive movement practice.
Embark on a transformative journey of strength, stretch and inner peace. Designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Yoga meets Pilates by blending both worlds, incorporating Sun Salutations, vinyasa slow, along with core focused practices to strengthen your joints and bones using every muscle group to feel a full body burn.
9:30-10:30am Mat Pilates
Strengthen & tone is a pilates class designed for all levels. We will focus on the principles of pilates throughout class building on strength, stamina and control. This full-body practice will tone, strengthen, lengthen, and engage all the big and small core muscles of the body, connecting our breath to movement guaranteeing a holistic experience on your mat.

7-8am Rise + Shine Yogalates Via Zoom
This class is designed to get your life force flowing first thing in the morning, and set your day up right! Energising and nourishing for the body, mind and spirit, this 60 minute session seamlessly combines Yoga and Pilates exercises with breath work, meditation and of course, a nurturing savasana. Set the tone of your day with an uplifting, intention-setting class that enhances your day ahead.
10:30am-11:30am Gentle Yoga @ Society
This class is perfect for beginners, or anyone wanting to explore a slower-paced class. We will use plenty of props to bring extra comfort to our flow and multiple down regulating breath work techniques to aid calm and relaxation.
