My story :

Hello my loves & welcome to my website! Thank you for taking the time to click on this page to get to know me a little better. 

Myself & my career are intertwined, I am very fortunate to be passionate about what I do being a teacher by trade, but a student at heart. Taking away the labels of work I am a happy, energetic soul who loves the outdoors, my family, my friends, community & connection. 


Being an instructor began when I was 19, teaching aerobics, Les Mills, hitt & bootcamp classes. 

All of the high impact, non stop energy led me to tear muscles in my low back at the age of 25 due to overuse, teaching too many classes, working out too much and not looking after my body with a ‘balanced’ approach.  Unfortunately this forced me to take a break from exercise altogether and rehab my body back to a healthy place. This journey is what led me to Yoga. 



I travelled to India in 2019 to complete my 200hr Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga qualification. It was an incredible, inward experience which taught me so much about myself and the beautiful practice. Since my initial training I have continued to be a student taking part in many teacher trainings and expanding my practise both on and off the mat. 

Naturally, with a ‘strength’ background, I leaned into pilates which is a holistic practice with Yoga elements . I loved the fundamentals so much that I went on to complete my Level 3 Diploma, progressing my knowledge and awareness of the body. With a mixture of Yoga and pilates in my weekly routine I feel stronger, lighter and more confident than I ever have and this approach is something I wish to share with as many people as I can!  

Intuitive movement is vital to a healthy body & mind. The Breath will ground you, encourage you to be present and help you discover your inner world.
